The bedroom poster car. Gandini's wedge shape defined the supercar silhouette and made Lamborghini a household name.

History

Gandini's radical wedge design shocked the world at the 1971 Geneva Motor Show. The original LP400 without later wings and flares is the purest design. The name comes from a Piedmontese exclamation of astonishment.
